When asked to present my valid ticket, i was rushed and ushered in doing. When looking for it (as i had plenty other tickets) he didn’t me a chance to look at automatically asked for me to pay. When i had paid, i found my ticket and ended up waiting £4.40 on nothing simple being your member of staff was impatient. He wasn’t being reasonable either and just worried about me paying the fare (in which i did).
I do not want to come across this man again as i felt threatened and scared Unfortunately, i do have to go on the South West Trains to go to college but i am considering taking an alternative as i feel uncomfortable in the presence of your staff.
